POST 6: POSTGRADUATE STUDIES

When I finnish my beachelos deegre, I would like to take a master on political science in the INAP, here in University of Chile , because here we have a program of futrhers studies for ex students of Public Administration. 

The main reason is that when I started Public Administration I used to thikn that was be the carrer was abaut Political Sciences plus a bit of management and Maths, well... In that moment, political sciences didin't exist as a deegre,  it was only a master program in the INAP. The deegre exists in other Universities (Catholic University, University of Development or Diego Portales University) but I didin't aply to them when I had the chance.

After I finish that program, I would like to improve my knowledge in Barcelona, Catalunya, in the University of Barcelona, Autonomous University of Barcelona or Pompeu Fabra University. The reason why a would I choose one of these universities is the quality and reputation of their teachers and the topics their cover. 

For example, Joan Subirats, Richard Gomà, Jordi Borja or Carles Ramiò teaching in these universities. 

The topic of the local goverment and citizen participation has been development for Joan Subirats extensively, and Public Administration and the quarter industrial revolution (robotization) has been development for Carles Ramiò.

This in to others reason I would like to study in barcelona.

POST 5: MY FUTURE JOB

I’m thinking of working in the Ministry of Home Affairs, in a department of undersecretary of regional development and administrative (SUBDERE). This job is most of the time indoors and includes some travels around the country,  and involves council regional and local's governments in issues related to decentralization and transferences and development of Institucional competences. 

I have in mind to teach in a university if I do a master's or something like that. I would like to develop the issue of local government in public management; this issue in my school is poorly taught in a course along with the topic about regional government.

I think the work in the SUBDERE wold be very varied and defiant because of the region and the local's governments each of on them has a specialty condition of development and human capital in the terrain and very complex public problems related with economics inequality, the environment of the zone, social movements and politics negotiations. This part of the public apparatus is very sensitive to public opinion and debates in congress because depends on the ministry in charge of public order and security, internal government, drugs, and migration. 

For example, the fights against poverty is conducted, in issues related to public management in the region and local governments, for the SUBDERE aligned with the definitions of the ministry of  Social Development and Family and Economic, Promotion and Tourism.  

  

POST 4: ANIMALS

I am a dog lover, my first dog was named Mia, like RBD character, she was an English Cocker Spaniel, she came home when I was like 7 years old.

At present, I have four dogs and a bird, the four dogs' names are Baltimore, Mashiro, Simón and Paloma, and the bird's name is Pancho.

Baltimore comes home since 2014, Mashiro in 2015, Simón and Paloma born in my house in 2017. 

POST 3: MOVIES

I watch movies almost all the time, I like comedy and romantic movies, my favorite director is Christofer Nolan, director of the dark knight  trilogy, the last fil I saw by him is Batman vs Superman, the worst film that I have seen this year is Bonsai, a film based on a homonymous book  by Chilean writer Alejandro Zambra.

The best film ever for me is Coach Carter, this film is about the basketball school team of Richmond 'Oilers', the worst team in California State, who needs a new coach, this team is composed whit very vulnerable, students who live in dangerous neighbors controlled by gangs and drugs dealers. The principal character of this movie is Samuel L. Jackson, who interpreted Coach Carter in a magistral way. The best thing in the film is the evolution of the students, who past of a very complex group of excludes guys, Latinos and Negros, the excludes of the society, in a group of committed students who wanted go to colleges whit a sports scholarship. I saw this movie like twenty times. I recommend this movie very harder.

I would like to see again  "Allende en su laberinto", a Chilean film filmed in Venezuela. This film immortalizes the 11th of September of 1973 in the Palace of "La Moneda", the resistant to bombard of Hawker Hunter in the sky and shotting of the Army in the streets. 

POST 2: The best concert

Like a year ago, I go to a concert of the band "Chini and the technicians" in Matucana 100, in this concert I had the chance to buy the last disc of this band "Arriba es Abajo", this disc like me very much the song "Espacios" and "Siempre Viva".

The atmosphere was dark whit lights purpure and smoke, very cool actually, play like an hour and a haft, in the concert joint Diego Lorenzini, in the song "Niña glaciar".

I discover this band lisent to "Radio Universidad de Chile" the "Libre y Gratis" program on this radio, were promoted the concert and where to buy the tickets.

The music what compost this band study in the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, exactly in the "Campus Oriente" in this University study now my brother in the IMUC. 

POST 1: A COUNTRY I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT.

When I finish college I would like to travel to Western Europe, I would like to visit Belgium and Luxemburg. I would also like to stay in Spain for some time to take a master's degree in any matter related to Public Affairs or Political Sciences, particularly in Salamanca University, the oldest University in Spain.

I like Spain because of  its history, which for more than four hundred years was our history too, we have a large history of cooperation and friendship, for example, eighty years ago the Winnipeg -a ship whit Spanish refugees, arrived in Valparaíso.

Also, I would like to visit the El Prado museum to seeing La Rendición de Breda of Velasquez or visit Barcelona and go for a walk in Las Ramblas and see La Basilica de la Sagrada Familia. 

evenly, I would like to visit Guernica, the village who inspire to Picasso to Paint the most important painting of the twenty century. This Paint was an immortalize of a bomber in a village in the marked day in the middle of a civil war in 1937.
